Gamma
An AI presentation tool: enter a topic and it generates a complete deck. It launched a public beta in 2022 (adding AI in March 2023). The company's own figures are $100M in annual recurring revenue with about 70 million users.
NotebookLM
Listed historically as NotebookLM, a source-based notes and research assistant. Google’s help page now calls the product Gemini Notebook; the mapping of the former Plus plan to current features and allowances is unverified.
Otter.ai
An AI meeting notes tool launched in March 2018, with real-time transcription, automatic summaries and action-item extraction, integrating with Zoom, Teams and Meet.
Notion
AI features inside a Notion workspace, including workspace search, meeting notes and agents. Team evaluation must cover permissions, plans and usage limits together.
